Established in 2008 we currently manage 40 properties from Invermoriston to Spean Bridge.

There is a lot of work involved in making your holiday home desirable in today's demanding market. From our experience as holiday home owners and from working for many years in the service industry we provide a value-for-money service to busy holiday home owners from cleaning, preparing, and maintaining properties for the holiday rental market. We have a full range of skills within our team that also allows us to make improvements and repairs to properties as required, for example plumbing, tiling, decorating etc.
We are available 24/7 for property management support and keep bookings, cleaning, and repair schedules to ensure the smooth running of your property. We also run and own a local commercial laundry that supports our high quality cleaning services and perform our own Portable Appliance Testing (PAT).
We are happy to tailor our services to the individual needs of holiday homeowners.

Whether you require our complete changeover and cleaning services or if you are just looking for a reputable local company to hold your property keys and to be available when required, our key holding service is efficient, dependable and cost effective. By registering as a key holding customer you can also have access to our full range of property services.
We offer maintenance services such as the upkeep of your garden or grounds, or internal work for example decorating or tiling. In addition to this we also provide reactive maintenance services including callouts and weekend coverage.
Out of season we provide regularly scheduled property checks, or we can check your property as and when required. You may find that your holiday-let insurance policy will require that your property be regularly checked during void periods.
Cleaning & Laundry Services
We arrange and manage the cleaning of your property to our exacting high standards and the laundering of your linen and towels. We perform post-let cleans, identify and arrange maintenance work, meet tradespeople, arrange annual certification of appliances, perform safety checks, provide mail forwarding and more.
We own and manage the on-site laundry at St Benedict’s Abbey that helps us to provide a green approach to our business. Wherever possible we also purchase supplies locally to help support other local small businesses in the area.
